Summer is in full swing and there are lots of Indo Board happenings to report.
A huge congratulation goes out to Indo Board Team Rider Courtney Conlogue of Santa Ana, California for winning the women's professional division of the Hurley U.S. Open of Surfing. Sixteen year old Courtney has been surfing the U.S. Open since the age of twelve and she finally achieved the biggest win of her young career in front of her home crowd on Saturday, July 25th. With the Huntington Beach pier pumping at 8 to 10 feet, Courtney showed off a vicious backhand attack that has been groomed at that very spot. It is safe to say that Courtney and the other girls at the US Open pushed women's surfing to an entirely new level with their gutsy performances in the big surf. Switching now to the incredibly popular sport of Stand Up Paddle (SUP), Indo Board Team Rider Ekolu Kalamahas been on a major winning streak that has spanned the world. In early July, Ekolu displayed his amazing talent by winning both the 200 meter sprint and the 10,000 meter distance race at the Stand-Up Paddle Racing World Cup in Hamburg Germany. Amazingly just two weeks later Ekolu won the most prestigious long distance SUP race in the world the 32-mile Rainbow Sandals Molokai to Oahu Paddleboard Race on July 26th. In what most say was the most challenging conditions in years, Ekolu led the field from the start and never looked back, winning in a new SUP course record time of 5:02:06.
In other watersports news, Indo Team Rider and professional waterskier Ryan Dodd of Alberta, Canada has won the Jump event at the International Waterski Federation's first World Cup event of the season in Russia. The 24 year-old leaped an impressive 67.1 meters in the finals to put him in a sudden death "jump-off" in which he sealed the overall win. This win gives Ryan tremendous hope that he is hitting his stride just in time for the World Championships, which will be held in Calgary, Alberta Canada from August 3-9. "I’m feeling really confident that I can win in my own backyard next month" said Dodd.
Finally, this month's Letter of the Month comes from Paul Stafford comes from in Massachusetts.
"I love the Indo Boards. I have four of them now and can't get enough. I've also given a few as gifts and encouraged others to buy them. I'm 48 and a relatively new surfer who waits out waves in the Northeast all year for the few days they work. The Indo Board keeps me sharp and focused on what matters in life".

Product of the Month
This month we are featuring the Indo Rocker Board - for advanced riders only!.
Advanced Indo Board riders will definitely want to try the NEW Indo Rocker Board. This board features full bottom rocker throughout the length of the deck. This results in a super loose feel that is perfect for pulling off advanced tricks. The new design does not require the traditional stops on the bottom of the board since the board naturally slows down as the roller nears the ends of the deck. This design is perfect for wakeskaters, snowboarders, skateboarders, and other advanced boardsports athletes that want to practice pulling off big spin type tricks.
The Rocker board can also be used for riding a boat wake! It requires that you hold onto the rope but this allows for some great carves, lip bashes, tail slides and handle pass rotations. This is great fun up close where the wake kicks up from right behind the boat or further back with more rope length. Total "SLAYSHUN" with an Indo Board!
The best part is if you currently own an Indo Original you only need to purchase the Indo Rocker Board deck as it works on your existing Indo Original roller. The Indo Rocker Boards are available in brown, black or blue.
